These images show the larger of the two patios before starting.

This job will take about six weeks and has just started in early April 2002. It involves removing all the terracota tiles, making good the sub-surface and laying modern tiles with a central motif.


The paths around the back of the property were previously painted. The paint has worn off and the path itself is beginning to crumble. It will be made good and then tiled.


These are images of the smaller patio now that the old tiles and the loose material have been removed.

In the corner of the left hand picture, you can see where loose material has been removed and made good before tiling begins.


The new tiles are now laid and just need grouting and cleaning.

Note the attractive border tiles and diagonally laid tiles inside.


At the larger house the majority of the tiles are now laid.
