This job will be an extensive refurbishing of a split level property in Playa Blanca. You can see that the tiles have started to fall from the bathroom wall in the first image. The next one shows how so much space is wasted in the opposite corner, with the water heater, which is actually above a space for the fridge, which is in the kitchen next door. The aim is to incorporate that fridge space into the bathroom making it larger and also removing the green wooden cupboards. Next you can see how the rest of the bathroom looked before we started, and then, the fridge removed from it's alcove in the kitchen. The breakfast bar is also to be replaced, with a washing machine and new, smaller fridge under it.

From inside the bathroom, you can see the wall that made the space for the fridge being demolished.

It simply isn't worth re-tiling a bathroom, unless all the plumbing is renewed first. New electrical conduits are needed too.
These are images of the new drainage, hot and cold pipe work just before being pressure tested.
The pipes have now been pressure tested and the electrical boxes and pipework rendered in.

The gap where the fridge compartment was removed, is now blocked and rendered making the bathroom larger.
The new bath and vanity unit walls are built, the bath fitted and the tiling starts.
