These are the 'BEFORE' images. The one on the right is a fitted wardbrobe within a bedroom that is to be converted into an 'en-suite' shower room.

|
Here we see firstly the wardrobe stripped ready for the new shower room to be formed, then a cupboard in the lounge' extended to accommodate the water heater, lending more space to the bathroom where it was located before. Next, the partition which was at the end of the breakfast bar, has been removed, again making more space. The electrical boxes had to be moved, along with all their cables, to another point on the far wall.

The first picture here shows new channels and new water pipes. Note the hot water pipes are lagged, also loose tiles have been removed from the kitchen walls and made good, new conduits and cables have been installed for the new oven etc.. Next the system is pressure tested before being filled in. Next, we see the new, extended wall to what was the wardrobe, now a shower room (nearly). Lastly the new pipework in the bathroom next door.

|
At last, signs of something new, as most of the new tiles are fitted to the first kitchen wall. Next the floor is completed and then the furniture is fitted. The cupboards don't yet have the granite surfaces which have to be specially cut, once the exact measurements can be taken.

Looking in the opposite direction, the protective covering has now been removed from the floor and the new tiles can be seen. Then a picture of the new shower room which was created from a wardrobe, and an image of the newly tiled main bathroom. Another view of the main bathroom showing the marble which lines the mirrored 'niche' in place, still propped, whilst the fixative cures. In the top of the marble lining there will be a low voltage spotlight.
